Responsibilities:
- Arts Officers: Collaborate with artists, performers, and creative teams to curate captivating and culturally significant performances for our events. Coordinate logistics, manage budgets, and ensure the smooth execution of artistic elements.
- Producers: Oversee the planning and execution of our events from conception to completion. Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and venue staff to ensure all aspects of production align with our vision and objectives. Manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Directors: Provide creative direction and leadership to shape the artistic vision of our events. Work closely with performers, designers, and production teams to conceptualize and execute compelling performances and presentations. Ensure artistic integrity and excellence in all aspects of production.
Requirements:
- Passion for the arts and a deep appreciation for Angolan music and culture.
- Proven experience in arts management, event production, or related fields.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
