Are you passionate about music and event management? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where creativity meets organization? If so, Angola Music Awards UK and Rentals LTD is looking for you! We are currently seeking Conference and Exhibition Managers and Organisers to join our dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
- Event Planning: Coordinate all aspects of conferences and exhibitions, including venue selection, scheduling, and logistics.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with sponsors, vendors, performers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for events, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels and maximize attendance.
- On-site Management: Oversee on-site operations, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance, to guarantee a seamless experience for all participants.
- Post-event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement, gathering feedback from participants and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in event management, preferably in the music or entertainment industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
